Today I had the ultimate pleasure of driving this batch of canines (all rescuees) to their new homes on the West Coast. They were all perfect little angels in the car, and it was such a pleasure to know that 1 adult dog and 4 puppies are going to be loved and cared for.
This beauty was the perfect little girl in the car.
This poor baby had some serious special needs. But, he is now in a place where he can get all the medical attention he needs, and he has a loving family to take care of him. He was SO sweet!
These healthy little fatties were rescued and are going to a no-kill space. While everybody loves a cute puppy such as these 3, the sad, sad truth is there are just TOO many cute puppies. These 3 got lucky, but there are thousands who aren't so lucky and go to kill shelters every day, and to an unknown fate. These guys should be the poster children for spay and neuter. There are PLENTY of dogs already on the planet; we don't need to breed more!
