MIAMI NEEDS BIKE LANES!!!!!!
Miami could most definitely take some tips from Moab, Utah, about designated bike lanes. In Moab, the bike lanes are completely separate from the auto lanes (as it should be). Moab appreciates people who enjoy riding their bikes, and it shows. Below are lanes in different areas of Moab.
Bike riding is a GOOD thing; there's nothing bad about it, and there is no reason for cities not to embrace it. It cuts down on pollution, cuts down on traffic, and is most definitely environmentally-friendly - not to mention keeps people healthy with exercise.
It's time to get on the ball, Miami, and create lanes for those who want to safely ride their bikes! How many more people have to die?

ELVIS!
#tbt. On February 21, 1977, I was very lucky enough to have seen Elvis live in concert at the Hollywood Sportatorium (no longer in existence). I can remember it like it was yesterday (I even saved the ticket). Today would have been his 80th birthday - that doesn't seem possible! (Click play button to hear my favorite Elvis song!)
