Falls Park (Greenville, South Carolina)

FALLS PARK ON THE REEDY, in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, is a nature lover's paradise!  There are beautiful, flower and tree-lined walking trails, magnificent waterfalls, and the spectacular Liberty Bridge.

There were beautiful flowers all over the park!

There is something interesting I noticed about South Carolina in July -- They have bugs bigger than the average dog!

There's a brown bug in there!

The Liberty Bridge was constructed over a period of 12 months and is 345 feet long, 12 feet wide and 8 inches thick.  It is supported by a single suspension cable, and is ultra lightweight -- it almost looks like it’s floating on air.

This little chick was lost from his mom!

BOTTOMS' UP!

The poor little baby is so lost!
