I am visiting Sanford, Florida, for a couple days. Sanford is one of Central Florida’s oldest incorporated cities; it has bricklined streets, huge oak trees, elegant store-fronts and large, 19th century Victorian homes. The Historic Downtown is filled with antique shops, restaurants and art galleries. Sanford sits on the south shore of Lake Monroe, providing a waterfront backdrop for walking, jogging or just enjoying the natural beauty.
