Baby
Tonight the little guy is way up in a tree chirping his little heart out. His mom is flying around, but I think he wants her to feed him! He is so cute!

Baby Mockingbirds!
There's a big baby boom for Mockingbirds! These were 2 babies in my front yard who had just left the nest. The one on the fence seemed to be stuck there and was just calling for his mom. The one on the ground could fly, but was insecure about it. Both parents were always nearby to make sure I didn't get too close. My poor dog didn't know any better and got too close to the babies; the parents swooped in and attacked her!

The second baby was just hopping around on the
ground, with his mother close by!
Neither parent was far from their offspring!
